Overall I was extremely unproductive compared to the days before. After starting to drink papaya and spirulina I’ve been feeling extremely full, and I even had heartburn. Not a great feeling, pretty similar to how I used to feel after eating a whole pork butt, without all the deliciousness of eating it. :)
One thing that I notice is that now I feel excited when I see some healthier dishes on a food magazine, cookbook or Food Network/Cooking Channel. Maybe, because I’m not able to eat anything I’m starting to crave everything, even a nice salad. It might be a good sign or just a sign that 2012 is getting closer.
Ps: Sometimes I’m repeating some juices recipes. I won’t take a new photo when it happens but I’ll post the photo again.
